Sales team at Five9 mislead us to believe automated texting is included with Five9. It's not! On the last day of onboarding they finally admitted that Five9 has no automated text capabilities. Only then did they explain that the texting shown in our order just gives us the ability is to upload a CSV and send a text blast or do manual one-on-one texting. That's it! Can get more features from almost any other phone system out there. Five9 cannot do even a basic workflow like, send this text on day one, this other text on day two. None of that is possible. Later they will try to sell you a whole 2nd phone system called Acqueon, which more than doubles the cost.
