The size restriction per video file is 999MB, which is not great if you have high-resolution videos. Be prepared to split them into several files. The media upload tool has the option to queue up videos for upload, but in my experience, it is smarter to do one at a time because the queue has a tendency to fail and all videos in the queue are lost when that happens. So you must upload the video and then wait for it to process which takes 5, 10, 15 minutes each.
